Riverfly monitoring

Why we monitor Riverflys

We monitor Riverflys to see how healthy the river is, and if necessary use our data as proof that action needs to be taken to improve water quality.

Where we monitor Riverflys

We monitor Riverflys across Monk's Brook, specifically in the south half of Monk's Brook, near where it joins the river Itchen.
